Last updated: October 2026. At FrameaPic, your privacy and digital security are our core principles. This Privacy Policy details our 100% client-side zero-storage architecture and our third-party advertising partner disclosures.

1. Zero-storage topology (100% client-side processing)

Unlike conventional image converters, FrameaPic never uploads, transmits, or stores your photographs, biometric portraits, or signature scans on any server.

All operations (including reading dimensions, aspect-ratio scaling, and JPEG quantization) execute strictly within your device's local browser memory (RAM). When you close the browser tab or hit "Clear", the memory allocated to your image is instantly reclaimed by your operating system.

2. Third-party advertising, Google AdSense & Analytics compliance

To maintain free access to our tools without subscriptions or fees, we display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, primarily Google AdSense, and utilize Google Analytics to track aggregate, non-personally identifiable site usage metrics.

Please note the following mandatory disclosures regarding Google’s advertising and measurement practices:

  • DoubleClick & Advertising Cookies: Google and third-party vendors use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads to users based on their prior visits to this website and other websites across the internet.
  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics cookies to monitor traffic volume and technical performance (such as Core Web Vitals). All IP addresses are anonymized, and no biometric or photo data is ever accessible to analytics scripts.
  • Personalized Ads: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on user visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

3. Server log files

Like standard web hosting infrastructure, FrameaPic records automated server access logs for incoming HTTP requests (such as loading static JS/CSS bundles). These logs include IP addresses, browser user-agent signatures, and request timestamps, and are used solely for network defense and DDoS mitigation.

4. CCPA & GDPR privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users are entitled to rights of access, correction, deletion, and non-sale of personal data. Because FrameaPic processes images strictly in client memory without logging identities, no user profiles or stored files exist on our infrastructure.
